Shipping Policy
We are a small business that operates
part time. Due to this, delivery times may take longer than expected.
If your item is required by a certain date, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery from the date of purchase. If you received an order confirmation email, we are working hard to fill your order as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Lead Times
Apparel
Please allow approximately 2 weeks for production and several business days for delivery (depending on you location in Canada). All product ships from Toronto.
Accessories & Small Goods
Please allow approximately 1 week for production and and several business days for delivery (depending on you location in Canada). All product ships from Toronto.
If your order contains items from both categories, your order will ship once all items are ready.
Given this, if an item from the Accessories & Small Goods is desired sooner, consider placing a separate order for the apparel.
Processing
All orders will be processed upon receival of payment.
Please allow 3-5 days for us to process your order before it ships. This does not include shipping time, weekends, or holidays. Please note that production and shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed.
You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships!
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates vary depending on the shipping destination, package weight, and shipping method selected. Please refer to the shipping rates quoted at the checkout for shipping to your destination.
PLEASE NOTE: Free shipping is ONLY available for customers within the GTA at this time, on orders over $150 CAD.
If using a discount code, pre-tax order total must equal $150 CAD or more after the promo has been applied.
