Returns

Whiteseason is currently not accepting returns at this time as most goods are made to order, specifically for you! Please ensure to double check all product measurements and read all product information before placing your order.

Exchanges

If your item still isn't the perfect fit, we’re happy to offer an exchange option using the following criteria:

  • The exchange must be requested within 10 days of receiving your order.
    (Holiday exception: For items ordered within the month of December, exchanges can be initiated anytime up to Dec 31st.)
  • Items must be returned in their original condition. The pieces must come back unworn, folded and packaged neatly with the tags still attached. Reusing the box your order arrived in can help keep everything protected on the way back to us. *Whitseason reserves the right to decline an exchange if the returned item shows signs of wear or damage.*
  • Shipping details: Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label, as well as the shipping fee for the replacement item.
  • Final sale items: Please note all accessories (footwear, socks, totes hats etc), stationery and customizable merchandise are final sale and are NOT eligible for exchanges.

If you'd like to initiate an exchange, email us with the subject headline Exchange, order number, name and kindly provide details for the exchange.

Once your exchange is received, approved, and processed, we’ll follow up with the next steps so your new piece can be on its way.

If the exchange is for an item of lesser value, a store credit will be issued for the remainder of the balance. In order to apply the credit on a future purchase, you must be logged into your account.

Damages and Issues 

We would be happy to assist with an alternative if there is an issue with your order.

Please inspect your order upon receival and contact us immediately via email if the item is defective, or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Refunds are only guaranteed for incorrect items shipped, items with defects, or items damaged during the shipping process — which must be completed within 10 days of your delivery with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customer Service

If you need to modify your order, email us with your order number and the correct information. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee that changes can be made before your order is sent to production.
